Shana Begum
Shana manages a broad spectrum of financial and other support for New Destiny Health including, but not limited to oversee facilities negotiations, evaluations of annual capital plans. Shana creates systems that allows the business to develop and deliver high quality services, she also oversees standards that are met to current and anticipated needs of key internal and external clients.
Shana has over 18 years of Business Finance and Operations leadership. She has exposure to a different range of industries that includes: Private Sector, Charity, Central Government, National Health Service (NHS) Social Services. Her main expertise revolves around providing the strategy, development and execution necessary to scale business growth, maximize service delivery, optimize corporate profitability and enhance the bottom line.

Aubrey Laird
Aubrey Laird is our Arizona Board Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC-18074) who provides all of our programming clinical oversight. She is also certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Aubrey has been practicing in the behavioral health field since she graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2016.
Aubrey’s experience includes working with teenagers, adults, families, and incarcerated populations who struggle with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders and many more. She is a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She additionally holds certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Jennifer Sainval
Jennifer is a highly motivated Registered Nurse that is detail oriented and a compassionate professional. Previous to this job, she has worked in pediatric home health and at correctional facilities.
Jennifer has been a registered nurse for over 4 years, during her time as a nurse she has acquired more knowledge, and continuously improving emergency and critical care performance. New Destiny Health is honored to have such a caring and kind-hearted person like Jennifer be a part of our team.

Milli Davila
Milli has over 22 years of working with Mentally challenged people, she has many years of experience as a Health Care Coordinator (HCC). She empowers and encourages members to establish and achieve recovery goals, as well as other similar services to support recovery. Being able to make a positive impact in a person is important, especially when they are struggling with Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
Some people need a little encouragement, a positive person like Milli is going to help them walk through the door on their own. Her passion for just being able to assist or help someone to find the confidence in themselves, is very personal to her.
"I treat people like how I would like to be treated. It is all about the person, to see the fight they have inside of them and getting them to say “I am me” and “I am OK." Being able to inspire or empower someone who wants to change their life is huge for me. Some people don't have anyone that are willing to say, “you can do this” or “I’m here for you”. I have empathy and a lot of compassion for people who cross my path."
